Refund Policy

At Everpetal, we pride ourselves on providing fresh and beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers, our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the highest quality.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 4 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Cancellations made between 2 and 3 days prior to the appointment will receive a 50% refund. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery or pickup are non-refundable.

2. Custom and Special Orders

For custom floral arrangements, including weddings and events, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a 60% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 6 days of the scheduled delivery.

3. Quality Issues

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery or pickup. We may request photos to assess the issue. Verified concerns will be resolved by providing a replacement arrangement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

4. Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5. Missed Pickups

Orders not collected within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given.

6. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method.
